Family departing on two different days - getting to MCO

We have a trip scheduled for the end of July, but my DH and DD have to leave to go back home two days before my DS and I do thanks to High School Band. We have arrived on different days before but never left on different days, so my question is....What is the best way to get them to MCO?

We are using DME for our arrival and departure. Is it easy to call them and schedule the different pick up for DH & DD or would it be easier for them to use Uber? We are staying at CBR if that makes any difference with Uber. TIA!

You can just schedule DME for different days - no need to over think it.

Yup, we've had this happen to us. DH and I show up together, but he left several days before me because he had to get back to work. Meanwhile, I stayed for several more days. No problem scheduling separate DME schedules. BTW, I admire your DD's dedication to High School Band. DS was a band section leader, loved it, and we were band parents.

schedule DME for whatever day works for each family member. On one of our trips DH was staying longer for a conference at WDW, but DS and I needed to be home sooner. We took ME to the airport on a different day than DH, it's no big deal.

Agree - no issues just make your dme reservations based on the actual flight times either online or via phone. We seem to always have someone arriving late or leaving early

Call DME directly at 866 599-0951. The call will be quick and painless.

DO NOT call the Disney Reservation number. They will not be able to help you much, and you're likely to be told it can't be done.

Magical Express confirmations back to the airport should be delivered to your room morning of the day before the day each person will leave. Check this paperwork to be sure the proper persons are named and the correct time for the bus to leave is shown. If you need to make a change or correction (or get the paper if it did not arrive), do that at the front desk before heading for the parks that morning before the day those family members will leave.
