Family Crest Items at Crown and Crest?

I've been doing a lot of looking/reading online, but there's not much info from the last few years. Anyone who has been recently know what type of items are offered with the customizable family crest at Crown & Crest in EPCOT, along with an idea of the current price?
Lots of mentions of being able to have your crest on a ring . . . anyone know the price and what type of metal is available for the rings? Also, are they done while you wait?
