I got mail today
Inside I found:
a small jar of Pumpkin Spice (I LOVE that scent!)
a small jar of Mom's Apple Pie (smells yummy)
2 car jars...one Citrus & Sage and one MacIntosh
Lotion...nectarine Blossom ....ummm...good
MacIntosh sachet pack
2 Halloween towels (love Halloween)
a Pooh pen and a Tigger and Piglet notepad

Oooh, I got my box today! I came home from a very busy day and found it outside my door! Yoo hoo!

I got a Stripes glass pillar, 2 votives, and a cute votive holder! WOO HOO, all the best smells/flavors too! Ocean Winds...gotta love!!!

TY Meriweather

The package arrived today while i was at work and I opened it when i got home this evening. Boy, did i hit the jackpot with this 1.

Let's see here, what all did I get?

*sage and citrus car jar. Which is great cause we need 1, our stormwatch keeled ages ago.

*1 pack of harvest tea-lights, I could smell em as soon as i cut through the tape. Really nice scent

*2 votives holders. 1 is an orange fall leaf and the other is a ceramic bucket with a fall scene

*5 votive candles: harvets, sage & citrus, macintosh, autumn lodge, and warm apple crisp

And I'm not even done, there was non-Yankee stuff too

*a small "Welcome Fall" sign that i can hang up somewhere.
*an oven mitt with with acorns and falling leaves

And finally: A Ghost Mickey Antenna topper!! So cute

Everything is really great, and to think i almost decded not to do this 1 cause I was gonna wait for the Christmas exchange. Boy, am I glad i signed up

Anyhow, I'm going to do my own yankee shopping tomorrow after work, and with luck my exchangee will like their package as i much as i like mine.

You are very welcome Queenie! I am really happy you like the items. I was a little nervous with this being my first time doing something like this. I meant to throw a note in there with my SN, but forgot to and didn't realize it until it was all packed up. Oops, sorry about that.

I had to stop myself while in the shop from buying some items for myself. I can't wait to receive mine. It feels like Christmas...keep calling my kids from work to see if a package arrived for me.

This is so much fun. I really enjoyed it. I can't wait until the next one.

Sounds like everybody is doing really well this time around. i did do some of my shopping today, but I'm not yet satisfied that my package is complete, so tomorrow I'll go 1 more place and finish it out. i should have it in the mail by tues. at the latest.

As far as the holiday YCE goes I do plan on participating since i have an actual job now. But since i have 2 baby showers coming up and who knows what all else I'll decide when we get to sign-ups. I should know more about money situation by then.

I'll post again when my package goes out.
