Has anyone that ordered online checked the status of their order in the Yankee site? I ordered my exchange the night we got our names and my order status hasn't changed yet. It still says my order is "in process" and "UPS shipping information will be available within 24 hours". It has been saying the same thing for 4 days now. Hopefully it is on its way and they are just slow updating the order tracking. If I get a chance I will call on it tomorrow and double check. Just wondering if anyone else was having the same problem.
I have sent my exchange to Pooh Girl 71's DD14. I forgot to put my DIS name on the package though! Don't worry it may take a while as it's coming all the way from England UK!!

Oh yeah, my house smelled so good last night! I burned the Golden Spiced Pear this morning while I was trying to get everyone up and dressed and out the door. I really like that one alot!

I had the same message and sent Yankee Candle an email. I received one back this morning telling me that it had shipped 09/12/05 and should be received in 3-5 business days. I think they are a little slow in updating the website.
Think I might just give them a call too. Mine is also saying the same thing, that's why I was asking-thought something was wrong on my end. Good to know it's not. I will post back after I check with them.

I bet YC is slow in their website and a bunch are on the way.
It has been known to take them a long time.......maybe we are just swamping them with orders Us and I bet a lot of people are using that code. Those times always seem to slow them down.
Last time (or one of them), it took 12 days for me to get a package.
Hope we hear more soon. When those orders start arriving, we will be hearing LOTS of news
