Fall special rates? When?

Hi all,
Just wondering and if anyone knows when Disney normally announces any special rates or discounts for the fall season. I know the free dinning is going until Oct 3rd this year but those days are before we would be able to go anywhere this year so I am watching and waiting to see when they will promote something beyond that and when they have released later dates in the past.

I'm not sure, but we're going in November. Depending on what type of accommodations you're looking for, I found it was MUCH less expensive to rent points from a DVC owner.
