I got a Monster pin at my e-mail address but it had my daughters name. She is an adult who doesn't live with me. I don't know why she would get it at my e-mail address. She has a different last name now and has for 10 years. They will not give me the discount because she is not in my party for this trip. I think this stinks! This will be my 21st trip to Disney. I have spent a fortune there and I am very disappointed about this. I have talked with agents and even e-mailed and got a reply that just said "sorry"!! One of the agents was VERY rude about it. I do now have the
free dining but I still think I should be able to use the pin code. One thing that makes this pin code thing so strange is that I also got one at my work e-mail. It had a strangers name on it so I can't use it either!! What gives here?? All I can hope for is that "I" will get one in MY name before my trip in October. Has this ever happened to anyof you guys?
