Fall/Early Winter 09/30/25 Incentives Released

Yeah, the average resale price of Poly contracts on the site sponsor last month was $166/point. You calculate all the savings you can get by going direct - not just what you mentioned, but credit card cash back, pro-rated dues, maybe some 0% financing, one set of closing costs to get the points you want - there is no way I would consider Poly resale right now if I wanted to own Poly points.

No we used Karina Ottinger trcsinc
I highly recommend her. Very fast, efficient and affordable. I got her name from other members in this forum.

Thank you!

I am planning on retitling my contracts to a trust so I like to hear about these experiences. I will keep her contact information. I need the trust created first 🤣

This seems surprising!
It was really weird. This contract I’m buying with my sister we are both resale members and we decided to split a 150 Riv direct contract so we could both get blue card status. I have 50 Poly direct points that I bought with a great guide in February right before the price hike. He was great about locking me in a few days before the sale and talking to me about maximizing incentives if I went higher or spreading my payments (all cash purchase) out. I let her talk to her guide because I was caught up in work and frankly I’m still salty her guide wouldn’t lock us in. I should have called my guide on the 29th. I still might see if we can move this deal to him.

My guide also specifically says on her voicemail, not to worry, if you let me you're ready to lock in, you're locked in. I'd be surprised to get a call back from her to say, well, your last tour was more than 7 days ago so 🤷‍♂️.

I do not think the actual average resale price of Poly is $166, though it may well be the average resale with the board sponsor. I have seen plenty of PVB contracts posted around that are going in the 150s again. Still, if I didn't already have a Y card (or if they put nice perks out for people who owned an additional 150 direct points) I would pay $190 for direct over $160 for resale, especially when you consider you can get at least a few percent back on credit cards, so you're looking like a $20/pt gap.

On the Wish right now…. Just scored some lanyards and lip balm. Noticed something interesting while at DVC desk…. $1000 credit for castaway members on new DVC purchase. Usually promotions are the same whether on the ship or shore, but did not see that $1000 on the newly released incentive sheets.

Going to the member celebration after Palo brunch… maybe I can get free hats next.

We’re missing you by days… do you know if there are any HotHS festivities that people wear costumes for? Trying to finalize a packing plan.

A member shared the incentive sheets earlier on the thread a couple days ago. Looks like you don't have to be currently onboard to qualify, which is nice. https://www.disboards.com/threads/f...-25-incentives-released.3973570/post-66379370

New old member here. lol. We just completed the DocuSign on a new direct purchase 150 points at the POLY. DVC added the new points to my account before we even finished the DocuSign or actually made the down payment off my Disney visa. I am actually paying cash but running all the payments through my Disney visa so I get the points. The Disney Quality assurance team sent me a link so that I can make multiple payments with the Disney visa and as I pay it off, I can add a second and then a third payment which will finalize my total without going over my credit limit. I just have to have it all paid off within 60 days I think but will actually be finished in 30.

Details: We currently own 250 points at Saratoga “resale”. I had my guide, send us the “online tour“ email on 29 September, which locked in the last promotion. When the 30th came, the promotion was worse. So we told the guide obviously, we would go with the prior offer. My discount ended up being $35,250 less $2750 including the $15 per point welcome home weeks reduction and the $500 D23 discount which left $32,500. We chose to Bank the 2025 points and not take advantage of MB. We also decided to add our two adult children to the deed so everyone can enjoy the direct benefits going forward that made sense for us since we travel most of the time together anyway with boyfriend‘s girlfriend‘s cousins, etc. I also added my two adult children to the old deed for Saratoga. It only cost $200 and it made sense to do it all at the same time as purchasing the new Points at the Poly.

Just wanted to say thank you to the members of this group for the assistance with all the purchase incentive information. That strategy of using the 10 day right of rescission was a strong suggestion as it gave us the opportunity to preview the new incentives while still being able to lock in the old ones.
I made a nearly identical purchase, at the exact same price point. The only difference is that I bought it with a new credit card to get a fat sign up bonus that ended up being worth high four figures. IMO, this was a fantastic time to buy Poly because it's the most popular resort at WDW and getting an incentive that large makes it a very strong value. I put my contract details in the board sponsor's contract valuation estimator and it told me my contract was only worth $9 less than my net price for it. Not $9 per point - nine actual dollars. Not a bad deal for 41 years of stays with direct benefits.
