Fall AP Rates?

Any idea when the fall AP rates will be out? I haven't done this in awhile, as we are DVC members. We are thinking about selling our DVC, so I wanted to check out the AP rates for the fall---and see what rooms are costing now--so we can make the decision whether to sell or not.
