Fall Advantage vs Fall Program

My dd was just accepted yesterday to Fall Advantage as a character performer. She auditioned in Michigan. It was very exciting. However, we have had a few personal family matters come up recently and she was hoping to go in August rather than in June (fall adv). She called the phone number in her acceptance letter and was just looped around to recordings. She has emailed them, but not expecting a quick response. She plans on going no matter what but was just wondering if there is any way she can switch her start time. Does anyone have any advice or contact information for such a request?

Switching arrival dates is not an accommodation usually made. I think emailing will be your best bet - the correct email address to send these questions to would be wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com , if that's not where you sent the email already. They've replied to me very quickly in the past. I hope everything works out for your daughter!!
