Yes. Look like they are part of the raw material prior to stamping.
The red and green are the codes so people know how much the pins are retail. They don't list prices on the cards anymore, just the colors. However just because you received a backer card does not ensure authenticity, sometimes sellers will put the pins on the backers of other pins.

I think the OP may be referring to the mickey heads that are stamped all over the pin and not the odpt logo. That said I have quite a few very old pins that are 100% real and they don't have a mickey logo on them at all, just a copyright Disney logo....
