FairyTale Photo Series

Hey guys!

Had this idea since it was snowing here in Michigan to start a princess/fairytale photo series. Just did Snow White last week, check it out below. The model, my friend Danielle, has Lupus and can't go out in the sun a lot, hence I thought Snow White would be fitting for her. I have a friend who survived cancer after chemotherapy and I think I'll have her be Rapunzel! I'm thinking of turning this into some kind of series to help girls with self esteem.
I'd love to hear your ideas/feedback!

Really cool idea! It will be a good series as long as you can make it happen. This first photo-Snow White I really like it! Why? you have alot it center of the photo and then netural sides. apple stand out nicely and her eyes really bring your attention to the photo. Nice job!

thank you so much guys! this is my first "real" attempt at photography so it's good to get feedback I edited her eyes in photoshop a little bit to make them "pop" more.. just a little lightening of the irises, whitening of the white parts and darkened her eyelashes. It really made a huge difference! I also added a slight vignette to the edges. I'm really hoping to do a lot more of these, I'm just waiting for it to get a bit warmer and some flowers.. it's freezing here in Michigan!

Maybe goldilocks will be next.. and then the Little Mermaid.. I have some cool ideas for that one and I'll be in Florida in April
