Fairy Tale Packages pictures LOST!!!!

I need some suggestions as what to do now. I spent two weeks in WDW from 9/13-9/27 at CSR and CBR on the Fairy Tale Package; therefore, I received two of the Donald Duck pictures. On 9/26/03 I mailed the two pictures from the Calypso Trading Post. That was two weeks ago and still no pictures have arrived in California. I have my receipt. It states that it is UPS shipping but there is obviously no UPS tracking number on the resort receipt. There is an address and phone number for the Guest Service/Mail Order Dept. What should I do? Who should I contact? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Get on the phone and start calling. Yikes, I lost my sun glasses on space mountain and lost and found mailed them to my house and the sun glasses beat me back home. 3 days
