Thanks to Gigikay for offering to send one for me and to all others who have been a part of this magic.

I will be going to Disneyland June 20-27th and would be happy to send out post cards to 10 addresses. Please post here first so others will know when the count hits 10 and then pm me with name, address, 1st & second character choice, and if you have a preference on what it says.

International addresses are welcome. If I can get postage in the parks I will mail them from Anaheim and if not I will mail them as soon as I get home.

We leave in 12 days and I am getting pretty excited.

You can get postage in the parks, both parks have a machine with stamps. In DL you can get them in the locker area, in DCA go into the store on the left as soon as you walk in, look left and there's your stamp machine. :)

I'm glad this has taken off so well, it's nice to see others doing what my family enjoys so much!

I would love one to be sent to my little sister who i am taking in August... I will PM you now, thankyou so much!

I plan on returning the favor when we go also...

:flower3:

Hi, I am also going in August for my son's birthday and would love to have one sent to him....will pm you now...thank you so much for doing this! :goodvibes

I am also planning on paying it forward when we are there. :)

Thank you so much for the stamp machine information. That is a big help. I think it was you that mentioned it before but not the location in the park.

I remember seeing something about "The Fairy Godmailer" back in my early lurking days and thought that it was such a great idea. I had no idea how it got started just that it was out there. We all know how much kids love to get any kind of mail with their name on it and it is made all the more special when it comes from a beloved character.

I am not a souvenir person so this is a great way for me to get to do a little shopping without having to lug stuff home. That reminds me.... where will I find the best selection of post cards?

Thank you for your part in sharing the magic. :goodvibes

No problem, I've become very familiar with the postage machines because we do this almost every trip we go on. We didn't last trip because I just forgot to post it but I'm planning to on our next trip. I'm definitely not the person who started the FG, that was in place well before my time on the boards but it's something we do pretty often and we love to do it. Usually I get the postcards and address them, then DD9 writes a little note to whomever the card is going to, then DD12 gets to stamp them and drop them in the mail box on Main Street. It's become something fun we like to do. :)

I would love one for my DS. I've sent you a PM.

Thank you for offering to do it. I've made a diary note so I can repay this to others when we go and will post again.

Would love one for my niece, she's 6. I'm driving all the way in from Chicago to take her to DL for her 7th bday this July!

Something like this:

"Princess Bia,

Everyone here at Pixie Hollow can't wait to see you and Auntie Sarah for your birthday in July!

Your fairy friend,

Tinkerbell"

Of course, word it anyway you want--just thought an idea would be helpful!

Thanks!

I'll PM you the address.

I still have 4 spots left. A special thanks to those of you who gave suggestions on what to write. It saves me from over thinking it myself. I am not particularly creative. :)

This is going to be fun. I love getting to be a little piece of the magic. Thanks to all those before me that have participated in this great idea.

I don't need one, but I'll do this when I go in July for other people! What a wonderful thing :goodvibes

I would love one for my mom's foster boy who will be going in September. We won't be telling him until right before we go but, if we could send him one just to say Thinking of you, your pal Mickey.

I have one spot left. Anyone?? I am leaving a week from tomorrow. :cool1:
