Fairfield

[Crazy Kanga]

Has anyone stayed at the Fairfield condos in Orlando. Do they offer bus service to WDW and Universal? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are talking about Fairfield Orlando @ Cypress Palms we stayed there and thought it was really nice. Not sure about shuttles as we had a car but the resort is located on 192 by the big Orange store. It has a basic pool (maybe 2) and is not a large resort with lots of activities like some others but the people working there were offering stuff to do and everyone was really nice. The unit we stayed in was a 2bedroom which was 2 1 bedroom units together and it was very nice, large and clean. I would recommend the place if you are not looking for a large fancy resort.

Thanks DianeV! Yes that is the place we are staying. My mother- in- law is a member and we are getting to stay there for free so I couldn't pass it up. About how long did it take to drive to the parks?

I think you will be happy there. Didnt take too long to get to parks as the "entrance" off 192 is not far from the resort- probably around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

Also something to know, there is not a large sign on 192 for the resort..you have to look for it.
