Luvdisney14, the BonnetCreek.com website offers rentals where you may stay at the FF BC resort.
The FairfieldGetaways.com website is different. It requires you to enter your home residence state, then click on any link that includes "Orlando" in the heading. These are discounted hotel stays at other area hotels, which include "free" gifts (park tix, restaurant gift cards, etc.) and require a sales tour at FF's area resort in active sales. In Orlando, I believe they are only currently selling/touring at the Bonnet Creek property but you could confirm that by calling the 800#. Also, FF usually will allow you to upgrade your stay to include lodging at the resort (depending on availability) but it costs more. Before you agree to "purchase" a "vacation package," make sure that you know where you will be staying and when - and that you may cancel with full refund if they are not able to get the lodging you desire.
FWIW, there's an offer to NC residents (where I live) for "6 magical days" that looks pretty good! It includes 5 nights at the Grovenor or Sheraton World (both decent, basic hotels fairly close to Disney), two 4-day park hoppers (non-expiring), a $25 restaurant gift card (Chili's or Macaroni Grill) and a 2-night future stay at another hotel - to tour another FF resort somewhere else, I presume. This is listed for $500 total. Not bad for 5 nights plus two park hoppers (hotel or tix alone would probably cost that and you'd get both).
I've been on these sales tours and they are pressured. We haven't had any trouble saying no at a FF - a few people have reported bad experiences though. Be prepared for any possibility and don't let it get to you, when or if you do tour. Just don't sign anything to buy at the table, learn more to make an educated decision after you get home. FYI, we own FF points and we love them! We bought ours resale for a fraction of the cost. HTH.

There are some owner rentals at this website:

At this website, you are contracting with individuals, not with a company. So get the rental agreement with cancellation policy in writing. We've been on both sides of private condo/timeshare rentals and have had no trouble with them - but it pays to get references and have things in writing.
