Fairfield Inn question

We are currently booked at Fairfield Inn because that's where the rest of our family is staying for our trip in October, but I am concerned about the sleeping arrangements.

We have 2 teens, a boy and a girl, who need to have separate beds. The 2 queen room supposedly has a chair that folds out into a bed. Is this true, and is it big enough for a teenager to sleep comfortably on?

It does have a chair that pulls out into a bed. I think it all depends on how big (tall) the teen is. It really is just a single bed one it pulls out.
I slept on it once just fine. Wouldn't like sleeping on it for a week but a few nights wouldn't be a big deal.

You can call about an upgrade. One trip we had a problem with our room and the toilet running and running and flooding. So they moved us to a room that had two queens in the main room and then there was another room (but it was open walled, no door, that had another queen bed in there and it was painted like pirates of the caribbean theme. I honestly don't know how many they have like this. The manager who helped us said had asked us to wait a few minutes so she could see if this specific room was available, sounding like there weren't many options for that set up. It may be worth a call to see if you can get a room with 3 beds?

It's probabaly a bit small but I would think the teenage boy should be able to sleep on it with no problem. Heck, teenage boys sleep on the floor when they stay at a friends house, he'll be fine.

Here is a shot of the pullout chair next to the beds. It folds out to a smaller than twin bed.

I think the bed would be too small for older than a 10yo or so. Try taking an air mattress. You can prop it against the wall by day, and plop it down at night. Worked well for us.
