Fairfield Bonnet Creek

since it is "lauded" as a premier resort in the Fairfield chain, the best way to book it would be either to get lucky with RCI and get an exchange, or get a fairfield owner to rent it out to you

due to its location, this resort probably will not show up much on the open "rental" market, as members will be vying to get into it through the fairfield points system

Gpalange, the Fairfield Resorts website has a little info about the resort itself. "Search Resorts" and then click on the Florida section to find the FF Orlando at Bonnet Creek location.

Generally, the cost is ~$130/1K pts if bought from the developer and ~$30-$50/1K pts if bought resale, depending on the home resort selected. The approximate points chart is below. Nightly stays (2 nights or more) are possible but I'm only posting the weekly points usage, with week #1 beginning on the first weekend in January.

Prime Season, weeks 7-14, 23-33, 51, 52 (spring breaks, summer, Xmas)
1BR = 166K ///// 2BR = 224K ///// 3BR = 308K ///// 4BR = 424K

High Season, weeks 1-6, 20-22, 34, 35, 40-42 (winter, late May, late Aug, Oct)
1BR = 126K ///// 2BR = 189K ///// 3BR = 231K ///// 4BR = 347K

Value Season, weeks 15-19, 36-39, 43-50 (early May, Sep, Nov, early Dec)
1BR = 84K ///// 2BR = 112K ///// 3BR = 175K ///// 4BR = 231K

Multiply the # of thousands of points needed x 30 to see what an annual week's stay would cost to purchase resale through a reputable resale broker.
Multiply the # of thousands of points needed x 4 for the approximate annual maint fees on those points. It is also possible to pool points for future years' usage with early advance planning.

1BR sleeps 2-4 (w/2 on LR sleeper sofa).
2BR sleeps 6-8 (w/2 on LR sleeper sofa).
3BR sleeps 8-10.
4BR sleeps 10 (in BRs only, max occupance = 12, I think).

The 4BRs are huge and beautiful - 3 king BRs and 2 doubles in the 4th BR, 4 full baths (2 w/double jacuzzis, 1 w/double showerheads), gourmet kitchen, elegant LR w/large screen TV and entertainment center, spacious DR, full size laundry room, multiple balconies w/padded deck furniture - altogether gorgeous. Even the 1BRs are very nice - MBR suite w/jacuzzi, kitchen/DR/LR & stacked laundry. HTH! :)

I was looking at renting one that slept 6, does anyone know of the bed situation. It must be a 2 bedroom, but I want to know if the sofa was a pull out. Also, are towels for the pool provided?

Master suite has a king bed
2nd bedroom 2 full
and a pull out sofa

The will allow up to 8 in a 2BR

Pool towels are provided

Does anyone know if they charge for tube rental at the lazy river. Also, do they have another pool or just the lazy river?

No charge for the tubes.

Yes, there is another pool and also a mini kids water park area.

What is the contact information, do they have a website? I'd be interested in seeing some prices but the website I found would only let you email them, and I'm really just more curious right now, not that I'm planning anything.

There are several good resort rental / resale websites out there with postings for FFBC. myresortnetwork (easiest to navigate) redweek are 2 good ones. Good luck!
