Gpalange, the
Fairfield Resorts website has a little info about the resort itself. "Search Resorts" and then click on the Florida section to find the FF Orlando at Bonnet Creek location.

~$30-$50/1K pts if bought resale, depending on the home resort selected. The approximate points chart is below. Nightly stays (2 nights or more) are possible but I'm only posting the weekly points usage, with week #1 beginning on the first weekend in January.

Multiply the # of thousands of points needed x 30 to see what an annual week's stay would cost to purchase resale through a reputable resale broker.
Multiply the # of thousands of points needed x 4 for the approximate annual maint fees on those points. It is also possible to pool points for future years' usage with early advance planning.
1BR sleeps 2-4 (w/2 on LR sleeper sofa).
2BR sleeps 6-8 (w/2 on LR sleeper sofa).
3BR sleeps 8-10.
4BR sleeps 10 (in BRs only, max occupance = 12, I think).
The 4BRs are huge and beautiful - 3 king BRs and 2 doubles in the 4th BR, 4 full baths (2 w/double jacuzzis, 1 w/double showerheads), gourmet kitchen, elegant LR w/large screen TV and entertainment center, spacious DR, full size laundry room, multiple balconies w/padded deck furniture - altogether gorgeous. Even the 1BRs are very nice - MBR suite w/jacuzzi, kitchen/DR/LR & stacked laundry. HTH!
