You want attention? Post something meaningful or positive.

Ugh. Or the completely ambiguous status that is posted just to get people to beg what is wrong. Examples of this"

I don't think I can take much more of this.

What doesn't kill you is supposed to make you stronger, right?





Also love the people who will post things like, "I don't have time for your drama." Or those people who go on facebook rants about people and all of their drama. What do you think you are doing by posting about it?

Exactly. I'm not on facebook. No big reason, basically I just don't have a lot of time right now.
I don't have to worry about missing anything, a couple of family members are great for cluing me in.
They usually text or call, and I know it's FB info when the conversation starts with "I just hate drama, _______________________."

I have a fb friend that I need to delete. She posts topless photos of her in a hot tub, in lingerie on her knees in front of Xmas tree with Corona in hand and receives all the sleazy comments from single guys. I wouldn't mind as shes not really a friend so her embarrassing herself is not really my concern. but my two daughters are my Facebook friends and so are my underage brother and sister and I don't think it's appropriate for them to see. What I don't understand is that her sons aged 8 and 12 are her fb friends!!!! Eww

Can you report said pictures? She won't know who did it...but report/flag what seems inappropriate.

I'm not sure if I could report it. She did add color over her nipples but you can still see through it lol. I'd rather not report it unless it is clearly nude.

She might find herself on a somewhat well-known blog that specialises in social network parent overshare!

I saw the woman who writes that blog on the Today Show last week I think it was. Amazing what people share. And the things that people who do the sharing, think others want to see.

First, I love Facebook for keeping up with family and friends. I love seeing and “hearing” what their families are doing. My mother is the youngest of 9 and my dad is the oldest of 5, I have 35 first cousins…some of us are grandparents… So, lots of family out there that I would never get to "see" on a daily basis without a tool like facebook.

All of that being said…

I just popped over to FB and the 1st photo on my news feed is one of my 2nd cousins and her DH. No big deal right? They are in bed...without apparel...with the sheets artfully draped…WHAT IN THE ???? That is TMI and I don’t need to see how happy you are for your hubby to home from his trip!!!

LOL, call me petty and a hypocrite, I just had to share… /flame suit on!

Um wow. That is pretty gross. Reminds me of pics I have seen of my sis and BF bedroom with the pictures of naked ladies on the wall. Classy! FB is great to keep in touch with family that live far away and that is really only reason I keep it. Think often about deleting my account lol
