Face painting at Mickey's Halloween party?

Does anyone know if DL has free face painting during Mickey's Halloween party? We have been to WDW at Halloween time and it was helpful to have the cast members do the make-up for the costumes.

I saw pics of face painting near or at Rancho de Zocalo(SP?) I also wondered if it was free. There was pics of choices- skeletons etc.

There is face painting, but I don't think it's free....at least not during the day. The last time we went the party it was in DCA still, the face painting was open but it was not free.
