This. Your example is the best one that's I've seen so far. Most people who are not complying will start to comply if they see that people are being ejected for noncompliance. You could equally ask what would happen if 5,000 people lit up a cigarette.

I am all for staying safe and following the rules, but if 5,000 in one park does not have face coverings, how is Disney going to enforce this requirement? You cannot haul everyone out? Just a thought as we will be going soon.
You asked this in another thread. As I said there, I'll mention that Disney already announced that certain CMs' sole task will be to stroll the parks monitoring mask compliance & social distancing. It's very easy for a CM to see who is not wearing a mask (easier than to see if a guest is breaking almost any other rule btw), so refusers can be easily singled out and dealt with.I am all for staying safe and following the rules, but if 5,000 in one park does not have face coverings, how is Disney going to enforce this requirement? I’m not sure what enforcement will be like since there will be times when people may be walking around eating and drinking. So it’s not as cut and dry as smoking. I think the best thing you can do is just follow the rules yourself and try not to worry about what others are doing.
If 5,000 people refuse to wear face coverings, Disney will have a very difficult time enforcing the requirement. Have you thought about 10,000 in one park not following the requirement? Just imaging trying to enforce that...I am all for staying safe and following the rules, but if 5,000 in one park does not have face coverings, how is Disney going to enforce this requirement? Don’t know if they have or haven’t already decided to do this but they should add the rule that if you want to eat or drink anything you must be seated somewhere to do so.
I’m not sure where you’re from, but my area saw one of the early waves of COVID19, and mask compliance is really high, even among people who don’t want to wear them. When everyone else is doing something, there’s a psychological pressure to do it too.If 5,000 people refuse to wear face coverings, Disney will have a very difficult time enforcing the requirement. The truth is, if 10000 people show up to enjoy the Magic Kingdom, 95+% of us are aware of the requirement and will be following it. The folks who don't wish to wear them on Disney property at this time should stay home until the situation improves and masks are no longer required. Most people understand the need for social distancing and masks at this time, and are willing to follow the directive for the health and safety of others. If someone at Disney opts to not wear the mask because they don't "feel like it", cast members AND other guests will likely let them know about it. Some people will be going to Disney only because others are required to wear masks, and expect people to do so. And since masks are a contractual requirement and also a legal requirement now, guests should expect to follow the directive. If 5,000 people refuse to wear face coverings, Disney will have a very difficult time enforcing the requirement. Exactly! Florida has much more COVID19 transmission right now than my state. The only thing that has me still planning to go on my August trip is the high rate of compliance being reported at Universal. The truth is, if 10000 people show up to enjoy the Magic Kingdom, 95+% of us are aware of the requirement and will be following it.
