Hi guys, I really hope one of you will have the answer!! 
DD has a pair of capris that are 95% cotton 5% spandex. She has sequins sewn down the sides of them for her dance recital. I just removed them, but sniped a bit of the fabric and made a hole. I was thinking about putting an iron on patch or something on them, but I am not sure if I can use the iron hot enough to get the patch to stick.
I am not a great sewer, so stitching it on is not really an option, and I have had no luck with the glue for patches/appliques.
Any tips you guys may have would be appreciated!!
