F&W Wine Seminar Length?

Does anyone have any idea approximately how long the wine seminars at the F&W festival last? I'm trying to build a plan for my friend and she threw a monkey wrench into things by booking this thing and I know absolutely nothing about it. I don't know if it has a name, if there's more than one type of seminar...the most I have is that it's Nov 12th at 4. HELP!!
