F&W special events

We have been to F&W a couple of times but never done any of the extras. We love to sip and eat our way round the booths.

This year we are planning to book a couple of events but I was wondering if any of you have been and what you thought?

Was it worth the money?
Did you learn anything?
Did you enjoy the experience?

I don't want to spend money on the events and find that they are really not worth it.

We were planning on one of the chocolate tasting events and the mexican tequila lunch if any of you have done those?

I'm in the middle of typing up my day from doing the Sweet Sundays last year for my Trip Report but we loved it! IT was totally worth the money, we're foodies and love nothing but having a breakkie with sparkling wine whilst watching desserts made and then having to eat them all, terrific and we thought it was good value, we would do it again.

I've also done a lunch at Morocco which was incredibly good value and you got to taste and experience the food.

Another special event was to see the Executive Chef from Napa Rose at Grand Californian Hotel at DL cook a 3 course meal with wine pairing - very informative and tasty.

I remember also attending a special event in the old big Millennium area a night celebrating Turkey which was spectacular but a little more pricey.

I've still not done Party for the Senses but one day.

DH is keen for me to book so fingers crossed I will get the dates and events I want on the 14th.
