Wow, congrats!! Sounds like you are going to have an action-packed weekend :wizard: We will be there for Thanksgiving weekend. Got tickets for MNSSHP for Friday night and will go to F&W on Sat. and Sun., then coming back on Monday. This is be our first for both events.

Might...want to go to the Food and Wine Festival so looking at overlapping the 2..will have to see what dates work. I am also keeping in mind Disney cruise dates to see if I can add on a 4 day sooooo..lots of balls in the air!!:confused3

We are also thinking of going on the Thanksgiving weekend. But we haven't booked our flights yet. We will probably go with Southwest out of Buffalo.

We also want to go to Halloween Horror Night at USO.

We are doing MNSSHP on Oct 2nd, and we cant decide if we want to do the food and wine festival yet.

MNSSHP - October 21
F&W - October 19, 23
HHN - October 26, 29, 30 (Frequent Fear Pass)

2 weeks in Orlando for Halloween should be fun.

We are going on Sept.16  ...... thought about the 12th but realized that probalby be smaller crowds on a week day :rotfl2: opposed to a Friday.....

Those are the dates I'm looking at too! I thought the Friday would work well but now I'm thinking the Tuesday will be less busy.... Has anyone been on a Friday and a week-day before? Did it make a big difference?

We're going to MNSSHP on Oct. 2 and then to F&W over the weekend. We fly back on Oct. 7.

MNSSHP on October 31st

We'll be there OCT. 31!!!! Soooo excited....gotta come up with some great costumes!!;)

MNSSHP is an awesome adventure for everyone !!
One word of warning to everyone, especially those of you who are going on Halloween night ....
my kids and I did the party on Halloween night in 2006. It is a memory that we will never forget BUT do the trick or treating back in Toontown as soon as you can. The line ups get extremely long (for good reason) and the longer you wait in the night to go, the worse it gets. The little ones will have an extremely hard time waiting for candy in the long lineups. At 5:30 pm we left a relatively empty park to go and have dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern and when we came out at 7 pm there were hoards of people !!!! It is a magically, wonderful night and the Boo To you Parade is not to be missed !! The castle is looks amazing along with the fireworks !! You will notice a lot more crying and whining after about 10 pm from the overtired little ones. Costumes are almost a must !!! I could not believe the number of adults that wore them too !
Don't let anything I say deter you -- I was not prepared (silly me !) but we made the best of it !! You'll have lots of fun !!
PS - make sure you at least go and see the Haunted Mansion, and ride it if you can !! It is well worth the line up. And if you have a Photo Pass make sure you have your picture taken in front of the hearse ...... I will say no more !!!!
HAVE FUN !!!!!

I hadn't posted before now b/c it took me this long to clue in as to what F&W stood for! :lmao:
We plan to go to F&W on Oct. 6th.
I see a few are going to MNSSHP on Oct. 2. We are going to MK that day, but not the party. It's my lo's b-day and I didn't want to confuse it with Halloween, among other reasons.
