F&W menu recipes needed please!

I know a few years ago we picked up the recipes booklet for all the foods. I didn't see one this year as I really want to make the beet salad from San Fran,the crawfish etoufee from LA, and the boxty from Ireland. Does anyone know where I can find the recipes??

Feel free to ask again in a couple weeks. I think there have been some times in past years where the recipe booklet wasn't available until the 2nd or 3rd week of the festival. I think that was true one year we went around columbus day. I'll be going at the end of October, if you want me to pick you up one, assuming they have them, let me know.
Even though there are many items repeated year after year, I still buy one every year. And when we go in Feb, if they're on sale at the outlet store, I buy a bunch and give them out as gifts.

It's funny you mention the same receipes being printed...I was thinking how much I love the Potato Leek soup every year. I was going to ask about finding that recipe and remembered I can make it from my booklet!
