Hi all! We are preparing for our first Food & Wine Fest, and our DD needs GF options. I can easily fine the published list of all the items that are inherently GF, but I believe (hope?) many other items can be modified to make them GF. For example, is the Raclette safe if they leave off the bread, is the Piri Piri Shrimp ok without the cous cous, etc? Does anyone have any experience with this year's fest going GF? Let's make this thread a list!
