Does anyone know when we can book "Lunch & Learn", "Signature Dinner Series" and "Party of the Senses"? Do you call the Disney Dining number to reserve or somewhere else? Do they charge your credit card right away or just hold your spot? I want to book them as soon as they are available so I can plan what days at which parks. I hope we can get the ones we want, I heard they sell out quickly. Thanks in advance for any help.

Last year it was July 24. Keep on checking here, WDWinfo, Disneywould.com, Allearsnet.com and others. They posted about 2-3 weeks before with the date.

The announcement will tell you what phone number to use. It is not Disney Dining.
