I was there, too.
I thought the cheeses were wonderful and the 2 wines paired well with them. Wine portions seemed on the smaller side, but servers did frequently return to top off the glasses. Waldemar is a fantastic speaker -- not only an expert on cheeses but a captivating lecturer as well.
Overall, I thought the event was excellent. However, I thought it was a bit overpriced and not something I'd book in the future without further value added.
