F&W - Chase Lounge

We are headed to F&W next week and we got a notice about a Chase lounge because we have the Disney Chase card. Has anyone been to the lounge? If so, where is it at in Epcot and what does the lounge have?

Lounge is in the Festival Center (0ld Wonders of Life) in the very back. (There are signs)

If you want the wristbands for viewing of the concerts and/or Illuminations don't wait too late. Weekdays they go slower but there are gone quickly on weekends.

The wristbands are the big draw. It has soft drinks and coffee and a few places to sit.

The Chase Card Holder Lounge is in the Festival Center (former Wonders of Life Pavilion) next to the Universe of Energy. The entrance to the Chase Lounge is at the rear of the Ghirardelli From Bean to Bar display. They have a few iPads set up, portable device power stations, soft drinks, seating. They have a reserved viewing area for Illuminations and all three Eat to the Beat concerts each day. They issue wrist bands in the lounge for those.

Just adding that the lounge is at the back of the Ghiradelli chocolate display. It can be a little hard to find if you don't know that or don't want to ask, lol.

I agree with OCC - go there early if you want a wristband for the special seating sections for the concerts or the special viewing area for IllumiNations.

We were told that if the wristbands for IllumiNations are gone when you arrive, you can still possibly get into the IllumiNations area if it isn't full by 8:45 pm or so by just showing your chase cc. Sometimes people who take the wristbands do not show up to enter the special IllumiNations area.

Thanks so much for the information. I didn't know about the wristbands. We will have to try and get those right away. Is it possible to get a wristband for the next day? For example, could we get a wristband for Friday when we are there on Thursday?

No. You need to get them on the day you intend to use them.

I'm just curious-where is the reserved special Illuminations viewing area? And am I correct that this same perk is for all Chase cards, not just Disney Visa?

So it sounds like the best idea is to go as early as possible the day of to get the wristbands? You go to the actual lounge?? Thans!!

Yes, all Chase cards. The viewing area will vary. It depends upon other private parties/weddings they may have booked.

The night I found out about the perk, it was in the viewing area between France and England. The night I got my wristband, it was behind the Duffy shop near the Mexico Cantina.

I tried to get in there last weekend. The line was out the door to Ghirdelli's. Free drinks aren't worth that wait. We went to Club Cool instead.

We meant to try back earlier on a different day but it was out of the way for us and we never made it back. Moral...go early definitely.

May I assume the lounge opens at the beginning of Epcot park hours?

Edited to add: I just found that they are open between 9:00a-7:00p each day of the Festival.

The weekend night that we had the bracelets, the special Illuminations viewing area was between the 2 gift shops that are between Mexico & Canada.
