I've never been to the F&WF so I'm wondering if you can buy bottles of wine to be shipped home or just bring.

There will be a wine section in the festival center that will carry just about all the wines carried at the various booths. Can't help you on shipping other than to know that some states (like MA) don't permit wine shipments to their residents so check that out first.

Lower your expectations. The festival center does not sell anything unique, special or worth the hassle of shipping. If you want to buy a few bottles to enjoy while you are at WDW, then that might be worthwhile. But you are paying full MSRP, and adding shipping on top of that would be a questionable value play. You can find the wines sold at the festival center almost anywhere, and if not, through a quick internet search.

Yes you can purchase wine at F&W. They will not ship the wine to your home regardless of what state you reside in, but they will send it to the package pick up so that you don't have to carry it through the park. And no they will not send it back to your room.

Unfortunately I tend to agree with this. We did buy a few of bottles at WDW and shipped two home (packed ourselves and shipped from the resort, not directly from the festival center) but it was easy enough to find places to get the ones I liked - the local Meijers carries most of them - that I wouldn't bother shipping any home again.

Definitely have to agree with this statement. You might be able to sample some really good wines in some of the tastings but anything that is available for sale is really not that special. Certainly not worth the hassle to try to ship it home! :rolleyes1

I have to agree with this and other statements along the same lines. Furthermore I would suggest that, unless you want to buy a bottle and drink it at your resort, you save your money and purchase the same wine at home. Most of the wines and other alcoholic beverages for sale at the Festival Center are ridiculously marked up. Not all, but most.

Edited to add: Festival will not ship home for you; you must either ship from your resort or find a way to get it home in your luggage.

Ok Thanks for the info. I've been to a few wine festivals and they offered some great unique wines, didn't know if it was the same at Disney.
