On the nights of evening extra magic hours, do the food booths stay open?

I'd like to know this as well!!!

Last year the booths were open during evening extra magic hours. It was our favourite night at Epcot. Right after illuminations the world showcase was packed, but lots of folk rushed right out of the park and for the last hour or two the crowds really thinned out. It was so nice to stroll along and see everything at night. The booths were so quiet that we actually had time to talk to the people working in the booths, some were from far away and really interesting to talk to. Some of the booths were so quiet the CM's working there were yelling out to folk to come over to their booth, we heard BEER, BEER come get your BEER
I hope the booths are staying open again this year, it is on my "must do" list

like Katypop said, last year they were open during EMH
when we first got there there were such bottlenecks between people lining up for the booths, people leaving for the day and people lining up for Illuminations. However it thinned out after Illuminations and I think the booths were open until about 11:30'ish

Wow, you have me really psyched now (not the beer, just the whole WS during F&W). We've never gone during F&W, but I'm trying to convince DH for 2008.

They have the past couple years..so I sure hope they do again this year.

Yep - They have been so far, I don't see any change to that. It is a Great Night to go to the Festival. I can't wait to do it again this year.
