F! Package at the brown derby

We have the F! Package at the brown derby booked for late January. I was just looking at the menu now and have a few questions.

Are there issues substituting sides? My daughter has to order from the adult menu so will get the filet mignon but won't like the risotto that comes with it. Will she be able to request mashed potatoes instead? They are on the menu for other dishes.

My son is ordering off the kids menu. It doesn't look like they have kids desserts? Does that mean he will be stuck with an app instead?

I don't know if this menu has changed (or I missed it before, which is more likely), but given the cost I'm looking to see if it's still worth it for us.

I was able to substitute - I wanted the mashed potatoes too!
