F&G China booth spring roll orange colored sauce?

I am a very picky eater but have tried to be adventurous and try new things at the Epcot festivals. I have discovered my favorite thing to be the Veggie Spring Rolls at the China booth. This is really because the orange colored sauce they serve them with is amazing. I tried to ask at the booth what the sauce is but was unable to get an answer. Could anyone tell me what it is and where to buy some. Pictures of the bottles are appreciated if you have bought some yourself.

the only thing I found in Publix that looks similar is in the foreign food section---Yum Yum sauce but that is Japanese.

Possible they added cream or something else to the duck sauce to make that? No idea but it looks good!

It looks like yum yum sauce. I've never seen it in a store, but it's easy to make. Just Google the recipe.

Yum sauce is mayo based. There are a few different versions. It's Japanese though, so that wouldn't make sense in the China pavilion.

Neither would most of the food at the restaurants, which are things that have never been eaten in China.

Most people won't know or care. It's vaguely "Asian." It tastes good to people who like mayo. Authenticity has always gone out the window at F&W in favor of making things more palatable for the general American public.

So true.

Also, in my area at least most Teriyaki (a Japanese thing) places are owned by Korean families, and if you ask correctly you can get kimchi with your meal*. Lots of places are pan-Asian...


*and one south Seattle place has teriyaki and donuts...and kimchi.
