F&B PI Interview Help!

Hi Dis'ers, help a buddy out!

I was planning on leaving for vacation this week to go to WDW with DBF... then I got an email for a second interview for the F&B PI! So since I'll be in Florida already, I'll be doing the interview in-person (eep!)

First, does anybody have experience with this interview, and if so, what kind of questions should I expect?

Second, I literally *just* got a shellac manicure in RED yesterday (since I was going on vacation). Is it a safe bet that I should go have that removed tomorrow?
