ez rent-a-car

hi all! anyone ever rent a car from ez rent-a-car. i am looking for an inexpensive car to rent for our upcoming trip in february. we're going for two weeks & we're driving all around mid-florida so we want at least a mid-sized car so we're comfortable. ez rent-a-car is the most inexpensive but i've never really heard of them so i'm worried that they're not very good. any feedback wouold be appreciated. thanks!

I tried to use them once. When I got to Orlando and called them to find out where to get the shuttle, they told me that they were out of cars. They would do nothing to help me, just said sorry. I ended up using Alamo at more money and was not very happy.

I would suggest trying National with different product rate codes. Try 5760339 or 6600330. With the right codes, I have found rates to be cheaper than the discount no-name companies.

I have never rented from the place you mentioned but I wanted to suggest Budget to you. I have rented from them 3 times in the last year in 3 different cities and 3 different sized cars and all the experiences have been great. Customer service is always excellent.Though they are not the cheapest they have always been one of the cheapest (sometimes next to cheapest on websites like Travelocity). I have found that the few extra dollars makes it worth it to know I will get something reliable.I hope this helps.Good Luck & have a great trip!
