We rented a minivan from EZ on our last trip and never again. Their shuttle service was slow, waited probably over 20 minutes, and by the time the shuttle arrived, there were so many people waiting that we practically had to force ourselves on the bus as to not get left behind. We had 2 families waiting back at the terminal with 5 kids
When we got to the rental office, another long and slow line. It almost took us an hour to get through this ordeal. On my next trip, Alamo or Budget for sure.

We did Dollar, with the fastlane preregistration, and it was a breeze. Had car and was on the road in 20 minutes. Try to stick with companies on site of the airport. You'll be glad you did after a long flight

My rule is I don't rent from anyone but the majors.

I don't like the hassle you get everyplace else. My brother ignored my advice on his first Disney trip. Took over an hour at the rental car place and they didn't even have the type of car he reserved. He learned! LOL!
