EZ Pay for new Florida Resident

So you know if they will take a non Florida ID and a utility bill such as Direct TV or a bank statement as proof of Florida residency? My roommate just moved here from CO and we'd like to go but he can only afford it on EZ Pay.

unless it is a new requirement, you don't have to be a FL resident for EZ pay. Bought ours AP's last Nov and lived in OH. Now live in FL thank goodness!!
