EZ Pass - NY to WDW

We have EZ pass, which I know works in most of the states around NY (NJ, MA, etc.).

Does anyone know the "range" of EZ Pass? Is it accepted all the way down to FL, or vary state to state?

We're leaving the evening of March 7th, planning on i-95 from NJ to FL.

Looks like you'll only make it down to the DC area.

The good news is that there are few tolls south of DC. The Greenway (417) in Florida- is one notable exception-- 4.00 in tolls over a 50 mile stretch-- but it avoids I-4. It does not accept EZ Pass.

I didn't take 417 when we went from NY. My EZ pass worked 'till DC and there were no tolls afterwards. Took I95 to I4.
