Well, that was wierd!! Gremlins stole the words from my post, so let's try this again . . .
I found the neatest thing while I was searching the internet for eyelets for the winter/holiday swap. Have you seen them or, better yet, used one? They're called eyelet positioning stamps, and evidently you stamp a design on your paper and then use that to create a butterfly, bug, or flower using eyelets and brads. I'm not describing it very well, but check this out:

Here are several different 'kits' for making butterflies, lady bugs, ants, bumble bees, spiders, and flowers (click and scroll down). The kits include the stamp and the eyelets, and you get a better idea of what the stamping looks like:
