Okay, just wondering if any of you have spied a celebrity in your midst while vacationing at WDW. Any pictures???

Hey I saw these two at DL this summer

Sorry I couldn't resist

I once saw a Latino star (guessing because of all the Spanish or maybe Portugese speaking going on around her) at Animal Kingdom. I didn't have a clue who she was and I wasn't all that interested, so I didn't take any pictures.

On different visits

Stood next to Mary Ann Mobley (Miss America 1959) and her Husband Gary Collins in one of the shops at the GF. They knew we recognized them and were thankful we didn't say anything.

Saw Danny DeVito and his wife Rhea Perlman at the GF Pool. He was in the pool trying to look invisible as she was chasing one of her kids.

As the door of the elevator opened at BC out walks ZaZa Gabor with her group. We got into the elevator and couldn't wait to get off. She took a bath in perfume. I bet it took an hour to clear the air in there.

Warren Beatty at the Dolphin.

In April we shared a train ride around the park with Scott Hamilton. I have some pics somewhere.

My wife spotted ESPN's Lee Corso (College Gameday) outside the entrance to Animal Kingdom so I sprinted over for a photo. Nice guy. Lives nearby where, when not working for ESPN, he works for Dixon Ticonderoga, a pencil company you might have an example of sitting on your desk right now.

We saw Michael Eisner in 1998 at the MK. He is a lot taller than I expected.

I was at WDW (MK, to be specific) on 5/5/05, the "opening ceremonies" of the Happiest Celebration on Earth, so I got to see quite a few people. Here are a few photos.

Gloria Estefan:

No Pictures, but I did run into Steven Tyler on Splash Mountain a couple of years ago. My DH and our then 3 year old were waiting in line and I saw a boat pull up, and I told my DH that it looked like Steven Tyler, but DH didn't believe me. He got out of the boat but the two people that were with him didn't get out, they got to ride again. We got in a boat after them and I didn't think anything else of it, until we got to the area where they show the pictures. And there he was standing up against a wall. I was playing with my 3 year old while DH was looking at the pictures and I looked up at him and he was watching me play with my son with that big ole grin of his. Dh even spotted him and told me I was right it really was him. Then some VIP guides walked off with him. I thought about taking a picture but I didn't really want to point out to everyone around me that he was there. Lord knows he probably just wanted a peaceful disney vacation like we did!!

Saw Neil Patrick Harris eating at The Brown Derby last Thanksgiving. We were just a couple of tables away. He was also escorted by a couple of vests. We did not think it would be appropriate to bother him during his meal, but he did wave to us after he saw my grandmother looking at him.

In Feb. we saw Mark Consuelos with his kids at the Toontown playground. I got a picture of my daughter playing with his son. It was especially funny to us b/c our daughter says that her imaginary friend is Kelly Rippa. My wife and MIL made me take a few of Mark from a long distance away. Max zoom on my S1 IS. They were too chicken to ask him for a pic with him. When I get home tonight I will see if I can find a decent one to post. I think they were all pretty bad.

While I did not see him, I was there once when Michael Jackson had rented out the MK for a night. Our concierge told us about it. I was staying at the CR in a MK view tower room. You could see the lights of certain areas of the park get brighter as he moved around.

I was also at EPCOT one day when Tiger Woods was there, but he had to get backstage access because he would have been mobbed.

OMG I would have flipped!! I would love to ride RNR with him!! We have seen Gallagher in MGM and back in 96 we stayed in the room across from Robert Urich's balcony at the Wilderness Lodge. We often saw him out there and he waved back and forth - even rode the elevator with him. He was sooo tall and very nice. He was there to do the Christmas Story at Epcot. I was so sad when we heard he passed away.

Laughing...I can just imagine what a perfumed drenched elevator would be like...OMG. It would give me a headache!!

Wow, don't think I would have even recognized Gloria Estefan. lol

Well I was at Disneyland on May 4th, the day it was closed to the general public unless you had special invite tickets and saw a few.

Kelsey Grammar (day after he fell off the DCA stage)

Jim Belushi

Julie Andrews

Matt Ouimett (have pic with him taken by John Lassiter with my camera)

John Lassister (have pic with him taken by Matt Ouimett with my camera)

and there but didn't see personally was Tim Allen and Steve Martin.

It was a really special day...my DD11 and I flew down for the special event! Saw the first showing of the Parade of Dreams and a lot of the 50th decor before anyone else!

we saw winona judd during the taping of the christmas parade a few years back...we missed regis and kelly and we saw juanis (hes some latin singer) me and dd were on tv for a millisecond...the tv parade is alot different than the real thing... :happytv:

I spend my life taking photo's of celebrity's onstage, but out of context I wouldn't know 99.9% of them if I fell over them.

I actually had a dream last night that a pretty famous guitarist who I actually spent eight weeks on tour with came up and yelled my name and gave me a huge hug and I couldn't figure out who the heck he was. It's not all that far removed from what could easily be the truth.

I was standing right next to Drew Carey in Pleasure Island about four years ago and had ZERO idea of who he was until someone told me.

I'm such a dork.

No sightings from me but a story from my uncle..

He made it into the exact day of the 50th anniversary of disneyland. Saw steve martin. Then my uncle bought a few (probably ten) of the 50th DL anniversary books. Then was talking with someone for about half an hour. He was told stories like how steve worked at DL telling jokes (or something like that). Turns out this guy was the co-author of the 50th book. So he asked for an autographed copy, or a few.... He asked, "these are not going to be on ebay tomorrow, are they?" Hehehehehee

All I know is one ended up in my mail box!
