Eye glass lenses

I think most people look straight ahead and turn the head rather than move the eyes much. But absolutely it looks kind of like looking through a prism along the edges.

Contact lens produce almost no distortion. However, I had some serious problems with dryness.
I wore hard contacts for about 10 years, always had halos at night. Very annoying when driving at night. Tried disposable lenses for a while, but at that point I was in need of bifocals. Kids were always bringing home upper respriatory infections, and my eye Doctor strongly suggested not wearing contacts when you had a cold. Just got out of the habit of wearing contacts about 25 years ago. My wife has computer specific glasses for work...but she has one screen at work with tiny windows. When I was in the office I has two 17 inch screens so no issue but the last 7 months I am working off a single 13" laptop screen now, it's a challenge. I could get computer glasses,or just get a cord to hook the laptop up to my home 17 inch single monitor

I have daily disposal contacts for when I wear them but I can’t look at a computer all day with them because my eyes get dry and itchy from allergies

If Costco is ordering Eyezen lenses for you and gave you a good price go for it! Eyezen is a specific lens design made by Essilor and where you buy them won't affect the quality.

Not sure if you will see this. I’m not sure what brand of lenses Costco got me but they have blue light coating, anti glare and anti scratch. I’ve been wearing them 11 days now and my right eye seems off. I mainly notice it when going outside. It just feels weird. I went back to the eye doctor and they adjusted me lenses to be at a natural bend.

I’m late on this thread but I’d encourage anyone to check out Costco. Great products & service, and I couldn’t beat the price anywhere else.

Costco! I have a strong prescription and Costco has the best prices and great quality too. They give you the anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings for free; the blue light filter is optional but also free. I opted not to get the blue light filter because I don't like the slight blue cast in the lenses but that's just me.

I'd highly recommend looking into www.zennioptical.com My wife and I get all of our glasses there, including prescription sunglasses and safety glasses for shooting. I think the most we've ever spent on a pair is $27 and have been very happy with the work.

If your right eye feels off have them check your PD (pupillary distance)...if its off it will feel like its pulling your eye in that direction. Sorry I just now saw this! You can PM me if you want!

I tried to pm you but it says I can’t. They measured the distance and it was correct. I’ve noticed my headaches flaring again too

I would take the glasses and go back to your eye doctor and have them checked there. It could be the glasses, but it could also be the prescription. I wonder why it wouldn't let you PM me? That's so weird. The other thing i'm thinking is that the optical center height could be off...I'm so sorry you're having a bad experience! I wish I could check the glasses so I could figure it out for you!
