The Captain Jack Sparrow on the Disney Wonder/Castaway Cay was DEAD ON!!! He was amazing ... I got my pic taken with him and I was acting like a giddy teenager!!! I couldn't speak ... you would have sworn it was Jack!!

My dd15 told him he was HOT ... he replied, "Thank you ... I am hot!!" YES, HE WAS/IS!!

You ladies have all seen the video of Johnny when he was looking at the other "jack" in the barrell right? it really showes how good he is at bouncing his emotions off of others! when "Jack" would turn his head, Johnny would turn his head too! It was really funny when Johnny poked "Jack" and ended up jumping when "Jack" turned so fast and looked right at him! he also has a great sense of humor! If ONLY he would quit SMOKING! YUCK! Yo Ho! i noticed that too with the movements being similar. creepy, really! lol. and it was really funny when Johnny jumped when Jack moved! too cute!

i agree with the smoking thing. we want you around for a long time Johnny, stop the smoking!

Okay - I know you are all going to cuss at me, , but Johnny Depp does nothing for me. I don't like the men most women like...don't know why. Johnny Depp is sexy as Jack Sparrow, but outside of that role, nothing.... neither does Russell Crowe, Matthew McConeghey (sp), Brad Pitt, Antonio Banderas, Kurt Russell or any of those other guys I hear women talk about all the time. I like pretty boys with pretty faces that look young....maybe those are all the bad-boy-types????

none of those guys you mentioned are remotly attractive with the slim exception of Matthew McConeghey. Brad Pitt used to be cute, until he got weird. but the rest.....*gag*

I was going to comment on this- So if JD has a place in France AND LA- that means he only hates half of us! well- that is after you deduct the amount of people in our government- then you can throw in more of the americans to make up---half!

I sometimes say to DH I am embarrased by our country/government. I would LOVE to move to England.

I think DH <- should read JD!!!! has a place in France b/c that is where whats-her-name is from. And he probably doesnt get harrased so much over there by the paparazzi. Anyway- would wouldnt want to live in France!!!?

That would be fun. If I had an extra day where I could do it I would, but we have yet again packed "too much fun" into one vacation. We were just supposed to be doing Disney and that would give us a couple of "hanging out" days. Somehow I got talked into doing Universal for 2 days and this "Thrill Ride Challenge" day. But if you'll be at the MK on the 18th, we can watch the show together.

He told David Letterman he owns an island in the Bahamas.
I don't think he hates America so much as Americans' obsession with celebrities.

He has a history of drug and alcohol addiction b/c, as he put it, he was not comfortable with his celebrity and our society's OCD with it. If living in France, with his kids and what's-her-name, keeps him grounded and sober, that's where he needs to be.

I believe) - He and his family go back and forth and live in both countries. He was also misquoted after 9/11 in an interview,He has corrected the misquote and he has said in numerous interviews that he loves the US and he does enjoy living here.

Yes, that is true, I read it myself. However, I LOVE him as JACK SPARROW ONLY!!!! In fact, I ordered a POSTER of him as Jack for my Bedroom.....and I am 48 years old with a 2 year old GrandDaughter. I do not like his "normal" pictures you have posted here, I love him only dressed as Jack! Thats OK isn't?

He's had a really tough life! His parents aparently moved around a WHOLE lot and it's really hard on a kid not having a stable life. His "wife" seems to help keep him stable so it's really a good thing! he also seems to really love his kids a lot...he always talks about his children and it's a wonderful thing. All in, he seems to have turned out darn good in the end!
