Iggy Pop, Bono and Kris Kristofferson are among 36 celebrities paying tribute in the music video for Johnny Cash's "God's Gonna Cut You Down." The video has its world premiere Thursday (Nov. 9) on CMT, MTV and VH1. The traditional song was released in July on Cash's American V: A Hundred Highways. The black-and-white video also features Justin Timberlake, Jay Z, Keith Richards, Johnny Depp, the Dixie Chicks, Terrence Howard, Patti Smith, Dennis Hopper and Chris Rock. Directed by Tony Kaye, the video concept was created by Kaye, Timberlake, Rick Rubin and Mark Romanek. Romanek directed Cash's award-winning video for "Hurt." The video premieres during CMT Top Twenty Countdown which airs at 4 p.m. ET. VH1 and MTV will simultaneously premiere the video at 11 p.m. ET/PT. I was starting to have withdrawl from not posting and drooling, it's been so hectic lately. The insurance adjuster called, my car is totaled, and the part time job I interviewed for (and got hired for) doesn't have enough hours, pay, and no insurance! However, they may have a full time position available, so there's hope yet! I really want a new job so I can cut down on the commute and have more energy for school. And I guess with the new car I can get a CD player now! Always a bright side, or at least I can always hope!

I have some catching up to do, so without further delay, and in keeping with the Sleepy Hollow theme...
