Extremely Large Ads

I am experience a pretty recent issue where very large ads slide up from the bottom. They take up like a quarter of the screen! It weirdly only happens on my home PC and not my laptop. I get there will be ads, but they are so large and creep up to cover what I am reading, which is annoying. I don't know if anyone else is seeing them.

I'm having a full page ad take over. I have to completely leave the site and then go back.
