I could not imagine having to listen to a 5 yr old as my "job" in life. This poor dog has the patience of a saint. He is absolutely amazing. I don't envy him at all!

I know what you mean?! I'm starting to wonder when they will realize that answering every call I've made over a 2 year period with a message that says "we're experiencing higher than normal call volume" means that they are probably experiencing normal call volume, but, they need more CMs.
