castlegazer - Good for you for having such a positive approach to everything going on, and that's great that your sweet baby did so well during her blood test.

A little girl in BabyKate's daycare room had to wear a helmet the whole time she was in the infant room (which is until 1 year of age). This girl was never hindered by her helmet at all - she adjusted beautifully to it.

Please keep us posted on how she is doing and my prayers and PD will continue to come to you and your family.

By the way, she was always going to be alright - this isn't like emergency visits or something terrible is happening with her. Its just that apparently, if there are too many wierd things going on with a child - i.e. like the fact that she had the blocked nasal passage, she has a crease in her ear lobe, she has the fused finger, she has a sachral hole, she has a wierd birth mark on her head, and she has positional plagio - the geneticists get involved to see if these are indicators for something more troubling because none of those things are troubling at all (well except for the blockage, but thats taken care of).

Hi guys,
Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Although I must say that as a birthday today officially sucked. I got home from work this afternoon to find that 2 of my bunnies had died (Saphie and Misty) so we had to burry them in the garden (I planted a fern that I bought a few weeks ago over where they are burried.) So now I have one lonely bunny in the huge bunny run. She seems OK though, actually she seems happier than usual, eating lots of grass that I have put in and skipping around lots.
On a brighter note I got an ipod for my birthday which is really cool (a nice pink one)and my best froends bought me the portable speaker docking station to go with it. My assistant at school got me a huge bunch of flowers and I had quite a bit of money from family to spend on what I want (I think I will get a nice new watch for when I am going out.)

Castlegazer: PD to you and your daughter. It sounds like you have an amazing little girl.

Hey Danauk - sorry to hear about your bunnies How sad to have that happen on your birthday.


So....Stephanie's last swim class was today and she has advanced to Level III . She is so excited, and so am I. Now I have to see if there are any Level III swim classes open for her to take. I want her to keep going with these lessons while they are fresh in her mind.
