Extra pixie dust % off

I received a flyer in the mail offering me "Extra Pixie Dust" with 30% off and an offer code. I won't be going back to Disney until about 6 months after it expires. Does anyone know if I can gift the offer code to a friend who will be there within the time frame? Or has anyone asked to have the offer code extended?

Those codes are specifically targeted to the guest they were sent to. You cannot gift it to someone else. I've never called to ask for an extension on the expiration date but I have a feeling that the reason for the finite valid dates is to attract guests to visit during that time period.

It's not something that you can gift, there's a reason why there is an expiration date, and it can't be extended.
