Is there a charge for an extra child in the room?

Not sure what you are asking?

Each room is allowed 2 adults and then the number of children that equals room occupancy, plus a child under 3 does not count in the total. If you have 3 adults you pay an extra person charge.

Some rooms allow 4, so 2 adults and 2 children
some allow 5, so 2 adults and 3 children, etc.
One child under 3 is allowed in a crib.

Does this help.

We have 4 in our room, but DS is now 18 and counts as an adult, so I have to pay an extra $25 a night for AKL and CR.

Charges for more than two people ONLY apply if the person is 18 years old or older.

So if your child is 17 or under, no worries. No extra charges. :)

Do they automatically charge the $15 for the trundle bed at POR if you have 5 people?

Unless the 5th person is under 3, the only rooms that will allow 5 are the trundle rooms and yes you are charged for it.

And FYI....that trundle bed is little! It's only 52" long....which is only 2 inches longer than a crib mattress! Disney says it's only for a child aged 9 or under. Just so you know you're not getting a regular twin trundle....we almost made that mistake!
