Is there any other way to get the extra magic hours if you are not staying on site? My fiance and I are flying down to see my father for the weekend in Sarasota, but I think last minute we are taking a trip to Disney after we land in Tampa this Friday and would love to be able to hit Epcot's 9pm to midnight hours, but unfortunately not staying on site. Is there anything that can be done?

I think the last time I was at Disney last year and we stayed on site, they gave you a wristband right? Is that still how it works?

No - Unfortunately you have to be staying on site. They no longer give you wristbands but check your KTTW every time you enter on to a ride during EMH. If you are in the park during the day and aren't a resort guest you can hang around for EMH to shop and eat but you won't be permitted on the rides as they will make you show your KTTW when you enter into the line.

EMH, is a perk of staying on-site. If it was open to everyone it wouldn't be extra and it wouldn't be a perk.
