Extra magic hours

The night "extra magic hours" say the park is open "up to 3 hours" after the normal closing. I have found the "regular" schedule of operating hours, but is there any posted schedule that tells you in advance exactly how much later the parks will be open ?

It's been three hours since EMH started, but the "up to" protects Disney in case they do close the EMH park early for any reason.
